Developed business processes and carried out IT applications utilisation analysis as well as SWOT analysis of current service configuration. Reviewed configuration of existing Therapy Services Clinical Management System and also reviewed the configuration of the proposed new Therapy Services Clinical Management System. Identified gaps between the existing system, proposed new system configuration and advised on data migration strategy from existing system to proposed new system.

Evaluation (Gap Analysis) of iCM for an Intermediate Care Implementation:
Evaluated the feasibility of deploying iSOFT’s i.CM’s into the PCT’s intermediate care environment and analysed the PCT’s intermediate care clinical Information requirements (data collection forms, clinical assessments tools clinical audit reports). Reviewed iSOFT’s i.CM LE2.2 Standard Configuration (Flowsheets and Knowledge Trees) functionality against the PCT’s intermediate care business processes compared them against i.CM’s functionality.
